Q: What drawings work best?
A: The drawings can be any style and medium. The most important detail is that you send us a clear picture directly above the drawing with good lighting.
Q:How long will it take?
A: We will send you an image of the 3D model within 24 hours for you to approve. Once you approve, please allow 7 business days for us to process and produce the order.
Q: How big is it?
A: The ornament will be 4 inches long in the longest direction.
Q: What kind of paint do you use?
A: We use non-toxic and allergen-friendly acrylic paint.
Q: Where is it made?
A: We are proudly made in the USA.
